Scholarships

The Department of Advertising currently has several scholarships which are awarded each year to graduate and undergraduate advertising and public relations majors. Students are invited to apply for these scholarships in the Department of Advertising each spring. Applications must be received in the Department of Advertising office, CMA 7.142, no later than 5 p.m. on March 10 of each year. Recipients are selected by the Department of Advertising's Scholarship Committee, based on both the student's academic performance and financial need. Some of the scholarships are awarded to students in specific areas.

FOR UNDERGRADUATE ADVERTISING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS MAJORS

The Norm Campbell Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Advertising. $2,500.
The Carroll Cartwright Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Advertising. $2,500.
The GSD&M Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Advertising. $2,500.
The John E. McGary Scholarship in Advertising. $500.
The Eleanor and Robert Pulver Scholarship in Advertising. $1,000.

FOR UNDERGRADUATE & GRADUATE ADVERTISING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS MAJORS

The Morris Hite/Tracy Locke Endowed Presidential Scholarship for Advertising. $2,500.
