Ye Sun is interested in social-psychological processes through which media messages influence individuals' various behavioral decisions. Her current research focuses on message framing effect on communicative behaviors in the context of health communication. Her work has been published in Journal of Communication, Communication Research, Media Psychology, Journal of Health Communication and International Journal of Public Opinion Research. She taught classes in persuasion and interpersonal communication at University of Wisconsin-Madison before, and currently teaches integrated communication management and campaign.
