Before beginning her Ph.D. program, she served three years as a full-time faculty member at St. Edward's University teaching graduate and undergraduate classes in marketing including advanced marketing management, consumer behavior, services marketing, sales and sales management and branding. Recently, she has been an adjunct lecturer in marketing for Texas State University. As a new student in the doctoral program, she looks forward to furthering her broad research interests in consumer behavior as it relates to digital media and new media usage. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and served as faculty advisor for the St. Edward's University student chapter. Prior to her teaching career, she served as the Director of Marketing for the Austin Symphony Orchestra and the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum and has also worked in Public and Governmental Affairs for Time Warner.
