Lindsay is a first year doctoral student in the Department of Advertising at The University of Texas at Austin. She holds a M.S. in Statistics, B.B.A. in Marketing, and a B.S. in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University.
Lindsay's current research interests include analyzing the consumer-brand relationships, brand commitment, and new media engagement. She looks forward to furthering her research interest in quantitative modeling in advertising and consumer behavioral response to advertising.
Beyond her research, Lindsay thoroughly enjoys teaching. Lindsay spent two years as a faculty member in the Division of Statistics and Scientific Computation at The University of Texas at Austin. She also had the opportunity to teach introductory statistics and advertising research courses for the Department of Advertising at UT. Lindsay previously served two years as adjunct faculty at St. Edwards University and taught introductory statistics courses at Texas A&M University during pursuit of her master's degree. Lindsay is currently working as an Assistant Instructor in the Department of Advertising at The University of Texas at Austin.
Lindsay also had the opportunity to work as a statistical consultant at UT providing guidance for faculty and students on their research and spent four years as a marketing scientist and project manager at a marketing research firm that specializes in research for high technology clients.
