Young-A Song is a doctoral student in Advertising at The University of Texas at Austin. Her research interests include the self-concept in marketing; brand personality, commitment, and relationship; cross cultural consumer behavior; and nation/place brand. Her current projects investigate a relationship between consumer personality and brand transgressions forgiveness and moderating effect of brand relationship type.
