Account Service Internship - Unpaid

Founded in 2001 and located near downtown Dallas, our current client roster includes Dr Pepper Snapple Group, MetroPCS, Children’s Medical Center, Cheddar’s Restaurants, Galt Medical, Minimally Invasive Spine Institute, SaveOneEnergy.com, and Study Island.
Intern Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting agency Account Service personnel with daily job process (discuss job requirements with clients, open job using agency management software, traffic and production coordination, estimate costs, billing, etc.).
- Assisting agency Account Service personnel to manage daily creative process (develop creative briefs, develop and keep team on timeline, internal reviews of creative prior to client presentation, etc.).
- Day-to-day client, project and vendor management supervised by agency Account Service personnel.
- Attend client meetings and recap meeting noting critical decisions and next steps.
- Participate as a team member in development of promotional and creative concepts.
- Coordination of day-to-day activities on in-market promotions.
Estimated Hours Per Week: 30-40
Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proofreading skills a must
Creative problem solving ability
Self-starter with a willingness to ask questions and get involved
