BookPros, Austin’s award-winning integrated publishing and media relations firm, is looking to add some new people to the mix.
Duties: Media Relations Internship Responsibilities: analyze marketing materials. Brainstorm story positioning angles and develop press materials. Participate in client media training. Assist with special research projects. Pitch our authors to media contacts (print, broadcast and online).
Preferred Majors: PR, Communication, English, Journalism.
Job Requirements: Internship candidates must: hold either junior or senior classification, be willing to work 12 hours per week consistently throughout the semester, and possess exceptional written and oral communication skills.
