BookPros, Austin’s award-winning integrated publishing and media relations firm, is looking to add some new people to the mix.
Duties: Craft project proposals for prospective clients (both authors and traditional publishing houses). Research competitors within the industry. Help develop new marketing strategies. Participate in campaign strategy sessions. Brainstorm unique pitch angles for prospective clients. Organize and execute direct-mail marketing initiatives. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Job Requirements: Internship candidates must: hold either junior or senior classification. Be willing to work 12 hours per week consistently throughout the semester. Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills.
