Chuy's is known in Austin to be the most fun and funky place to eat authentic Tex Mex. Our marketing department oversees the public relation and marketing needs of all 28 of our restaruants, and we are growing more each month.

Duties

The intern duties will include, but not be limited to, the following: assist with organizing and implementing all Chuy's and Shady Grove promotions, designing promotional materials for restaurants, assisting in design of menu materials for the restaurants, writing and distributing press releases to local and national media, assist in managing the Chuy's social media components, managing customer relation aspects, including gift cards sales and donations. The internship is unpaid, but Chuy's will reimburse $.51 per mile for mileage incurred while working and there are lots of other perks that come up during the semester: t-shirts, free food, fun events, etc.
