Duties

NOV is seeking an experienced and self motivated individual who will support the development of Marketing deliverables associated with print and online communications. The position requires the candidate to create graphics using Adobe Creative Suite tools, in addition to composing and publishing web pages using Microsoft’s SharePoint and Ektron’s web publishing tools. In addition, the position will work closely with key members of the Marketing team who will provide day-to-day guidance as to needs associated with required deliverables.

Skills

Requires extremely good interpersonal and writing skills, in addition to the following:  

1. Education and Background:
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphics Design, or related 
- Must be able to demonstrate a history of work related print and online communications (ideally a portfolio of visual works delivered)

2. Technical Skills:
- Practical experience in graphics illustration with Adobe and Microsoft applications. Specifically, skills associated with the following tool sets: 
- Adobe Creative Suite (current versions): skills with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat (REQUIRED)
- Microsoft SharePoint (desired)
- Ektron web publishing tools (desired)
- Multi-media video editing tools of benefit 
- Dream Weaver and Flash of benefit 

3. Productivity Skills:
- Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good organizational skills of strong benefit
