Chuy's is known in Austin to be the most fun and funky place to eat authentic Tex Mex. Our marketing department oversees the public relation and marketing needs of all 23 of our restaruants, and we are growing more each month.

Internship Duties
Once again, Chuy's is looking for a few good interns for spring 2011. We are getting ready to celebrate Elvis's birthday, plan our 5K that benefits Special Olympics Texas and market new store openings in Texas and the south, along with a variety of in-store promotions for our 23 locations.

The intern duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Assist with organizing and implementing all Chuy's and Shady Grove promotions
Attend all Chuy's promotions in Austin
Assist in designing promotional materials for restaurants
Assist in managing the Chuy's social media components
Managing customer relation aspects, including gift cards sales and donations
The internship is unpaid, but Chuy's will reimburse $.50 per mile for mileage incurred while working and there are lots of other perks that come up during the semester: t-shirts, free food, fun events, etc.

Skills Required
Skills that are required include:
Excellent writing and editing skills
Ablility to present yourself professionally at all times, including on the telephone and in person as a representative of Chuy's
Superior organization and multi-tasking
