Description

We are a third party marketing and delivery service for restaurants in Austin, Round Rock, and Cedar Park. We have significant online marketing (social media, Google Adwords, SEO) but also some very important public relations and industry niche marketing projects to implement in Spring 2011.

Internship Duties

12-15 hrs/ week including weekly meetings, daily email checking and response. Responsible for 2-3 individual projects which you will own & are expected to complete before the 80-90-days period is up. This is a 80-90 day unpaid position that begins Monday, January 12-17th, 2011.
Student will get hands on experience in the following areas:
Business development: scoping and scaling
Project planning, development, and implementation
Vendor and client relations
Sales and marketing

Skills Required

Have internet access at your residence & valid email address
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. Bonus points for those with Photoshop and/or Illustrator experience, and/or design experience
Enrolled in and/or recently graduated from an accredited higher education institute and be in good academic standing with an overall GPA of 2.5+
Have great customer service & organizational skills
Show initiative and ability to work independently
Must have reliable transportation
Be comfortable with e-mail, phone and in-person communication
Ability to work with little supervision and in a fast-pace environment
