Pump It Up created a vision by simply observing children at play. Playtime is an important part of child development - having an unlimited amount of space for play promotes creativity and confidence. In 2000, we revolutionized inflatable amusement equipment - moving the bouncy house from the back yard to an indoor inflatable recreation center with rules and regulations and a lot of room to grow. We are committed to being the largest chain in the kid's inflatable franchise market - currently we have over 160 open bounce franchises and will continue to expand.   We supply private indoor arenas, filled with gigantic inflatable slides, bounce houses, obstacle courses and more. Customers celebrate in their own private party room that our party coordinators set up and clean up for them. Available options including pizza, drinks, ice cream, balloons and goodie bags make party planning stress-free. Personalized dedicated team of staff takes care of everything, so customers may just relax and enjoy their child's birthday.

Duties

You will be creating and executing marketing strategies for two locally-owned and operated locations in the greater Austin metropolitan area, with a focus on reaching the 75% of the Austin population who has yet to hear about us.  In addition to working with management to create entirely new strategies, you will create relationships with local elementary schools and PTA organizations to hold their fundraising or some other events in PIU and recruit possible field trip customers (daycare, camp, home schooling organizations, boy/girl scout troops, athletic teams and more).

Skills
