Teleclip, Inc. is a medai montioring, tracking, reporting and clipping agency with a 31 year history of serving national, regional, state and local clients. Teleclip covers all forms of media - electroninc (TV & radio), online and print. Our clientele ranges from the U.S. Census Bureau to Chick-fil-A Corporate to The Communicable Disease Center to virtually every major governmental agency, college or university, school district and law enforcement agency n the state, as well as literally hundreds of private organizations, including a who's who of advertising agencies and PR firms.

Internship Duties

For 2011, the Teleclip intern(s) will be actively and directly involved in business-to-business sales & marketing efforts - including, but not be limited to, inside “telephone” sales and marketing; on-site client presentations and sales visits; email sales and marketing material development and implementation; and on-going and continuous customer service and account support activities, with a special focus on upgrading existing clients to higher levels of account subscription. Self-motivated, self-starting individuals will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience and add noteworthy resume´ items, as well as gaining valuable contacts within the Austin advertising, marketing and public relations community.

Skills Required

Minimum Requirements:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows®-based computers.
• Able to schedule at least 12 hours per week on site at Teleclip, Inc.
• Basic knowledge of Internet access, navigation and browsing skills
• Firm grasp of proper English usage – syntax, grammar and punctuation
• Willingness to take direction and stay focused on assigned tasks
• Able to interact professionally and comfortably with potential or
existing Teleclip clients in a sales and/or customer service role
