Visionary Ideas Inc is the parent company of Republic Tequila and Republic Spirit Blends. Republic Tequila is a certified organic, 100% blue agave tequila that launched in August of 2009. Republic Spirit Blends are naturally low calorie cocktail mixers that have recently launched in Texas.

Internship Duties

Want to see what it takes to build and grow a new brand? Want to see what it's like to work in a start-up environment? We're looking for a hard-working, passionate and creative individual to help with our sales and marketing efforts. Since this is a start-up, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to and assist in all areas of the business. Just a few of the many things you will be involved in: event planning and coordination, researching new markets, social media marketing, point of sale & merchandise, public relations, etc.

Skills Required

• A passion for all things marketing
• An understanding of social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Not afraid to talk to strangers or speak in public
• Team player
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• 21 or older
• Junior status or higher is preferred
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
