We are an award-winning, small design studio that specializes in handcrafted, one-of-a-kind luxury pillows. We work with retail stores, luxury markets, interior designers and individuals seeking custom orders regionally and nationally.

 

Skills

  • Should possess excellent writing, analytical, organizational and social skills
  • Should be a confident communicator and self-starter who can handle multiple responsibilities and different projects at one time.
  • Possess a desire to get hands on experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive social media program.
  • Possess creative marketing skills to be comfortable promoting our brand.

  • Should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop preferred.

Duties

 

  • Research luxury home & gift markets to identify ideal retail customer, and identify and contact directly regional, national, and international retailers to carry our pillow line.
  • Help increase awareness of our brand and assist in preparations for July Atlanta Gift & Home Furnishings market
  • Continue our daily/weekly social media features, analyze data from our website and other social media platforms to help further develop strategies and implement a defined social media and website marketing program. (Must be knowledgeable and active with (or willing to learn)
  • Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Linked In, Outlook, Constant Contact, etc).
  • Upload photos regularly to our Facebook page and use other FB promotional tools to help increase and establish our presence on FB.
  • Regularly write interesting and diverse blog posts and Tweet posts that touch on fashion, home décor, art, and design.
  • Monitor and analyze social media data to continually evaluate effectiveness of our specific objectives.
  • Possibly write press releases, attend social networking functions and events representing our studio.
  • Work in a collaborative manner with other DMD team members
  • Assist with marketing and sales.
  • Other duties as needed.
