Skills Required
We are a small non-profit pediatric clinic in Del Valle. We basically have the patients that we serve by word of mouth or by referral from the nurses in the school district. We are physically in a poor location. The clnic has never had a unified marketing/PR campaign. I would like someone to get to know our facility, the community that we serve, and come up with a strategy for increasing the number of patients that we see.

We are a non-profit pediatric clinic that serves a 174 sq. mi. area. We provide primary care, prenatal care to teens, behavioral health counseling on site. We do mass sports physical clinics in the spring and late summer and also large vaccine clinics at about the same time. We started 15 years ago when the district nurse discovered that the vaccine rate among children here was 64%. Now the rate hovers between 97 and 98%.
Duties
We would want someone to investigate the best ways that we can let people know that we are here and are devoted to this community. In short, we need a full public relations/marketing campaign. Anything designed to promote our clinic would have to be bilingual and approved by the three agencies who are stakeholders.
