"The ideal candidate will have a 4-year college degree, or be in the process of completing a degree. Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and able to work on a Mac computer. Post Production skills using Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects are recommended but not necessary. Candidate must be able to work well in a team environment and with a wide range of people and personalities. Candidate must have the ability to solve problems quickly and creatively, eager to learn the 'production side' of the business, and do what it takes to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Most importantly, the candidate must be serious about working in a production environment."

Duties
Candidate will be responsible for research, correspondence, and general office duties, including answering the phones, running errands and performing administrative tasks. Candidate will also learn post-production skills associated with video and film production. This includes working with and organizing different types of media formats, basic assistant editing procedures and on occasion there also may be opportunities to work as a field production assistant.
