Description
Habitat Hunters Real Estate Services is a full service firm, handling residential and commercial sales and leasing. We have been in business since 1972. I'm a UT/BBA/Marketing, and have owned the company since 1983. Our location is near UT, walking distance and accessible via bus.
Internship Duties
Internship Duties include managing and promoting company via online media.
Through:
1. Constant social communication, including, but not limited to researching, obtaining and posting pertinent articles relating to Austin's economy and the real estate industry, posting property and company updates, hints, discussions and news through all media resources, enabling us to stay at the forefront of the public's minds.
2. Measuring effectiveness of such postings, learning what is most viable in expanding the company's presence.
3. Maintaining our groups and fan pages on current sites for accuracy, pertinence and thought provocation.
4. Monitoring all websites for public postings and feedback about Habitat Hunters, as a method of informing company how to improve public image.
5. Presenting fresh ideas and innovations to my attention, and their benefits to company.
6. Providing me all other feedback, and absorbing all that I have to offer them.
This internship should directly relate to school studies and enhance post graduation skills.
Skills Required
Familiarity with, and usage of social networking media, while consulting and interacting with company owner and employees. (See #4 above).
