Job Description:
Habitat Hunters Real Estate Services is a full service firm, handling residential and commercial sales and leasing. We have been in business since 1972. Our location is near UT.
Our intern will manage and promote our business via online media. This will involve constant communication, modification and addition of new properties and company and industry news, thus enabling Habitat Hunters to stay at the forefront of the public's minds.
Additionally, the intern will monitor all websites for public postings and feedback about Habitat Hunters.
Hours:
The position will be from 180 to 200 hours during the semester. This internship should directly relate to school studies and enhance post graduation skills.
Job Requirements:
Familiarity with and usage of social networking media.
Responsibilities:
We will use both Facebook and Twitter along with the Habitat website to broaden communications among potential buyers.

Tip of the week for customers looking in buying real estate
House of the week
Host online contest for small prizes to keep people engaged in our account
Have constant communication between Habitat Hunters and the customers daily -
2. Facebook - Have weekly updates for Facebook friends of our page

Create a group and fan page to be engaged with customers
Post photo albums of homes
Post articles about real estate that might interest customers
Have weekly updates with tips and house listings
