Y Gen Out Loud, a nonprofit, nonpartisan news site for Generation Y to learn about and discuss national political and public policy issues, is seeking highly creative, motivated candidates to join the team as social media interns for the Fall semester.?
A passion for new media and an understanding of how to maintain Facebook, Twitter, Digg accounts and other social media sites as well as generate buzz and interest in our news site through participation in dialogue on message boards, forums and other online interactive channels is a must. Successful candidates must be fast-learners with strong writing and research skills and the ability to work independently.
Pay
It is unpaid, but we will work with you to obtain academic credit.
Purpose
This internship is designed to provide you with real-world experience. There are no unrelated clerical, administrative or other duties.
