We were born as Kolar Advertising & Marketing 21 years ago, becoming one of the largest independent agencies in the region. In September 2010, we rebranded and merged with a creative boutique renaming ourselves Proof Advertising. Proof has 85 people on staff in Austin, and we recently opened an office in San Antonio.We started out working on complex channel marketing challenges for 3M (founding client) and still work with several business units. We spent 10 years working with Dell across consumer and business-to-business categories, becoming a go-to agency as they grew from 2002 to 2009. We won two markets of Subway's local business in mid-2005 (450 stores with $4 million in billings) and turned that into 48 markets (5,400+ stores with over $50 million in billings) by 2011. We have been honored to be the agency of record for clients such as San Antonio Convention and Visitors Bureau, Baylor University, Cargill, Extraco Banks, Hyatt Lost Pines and Hyatt Hill Country Resorts, and Security Services Federal Credit Union providing full contact support from branding/positioning to digital. We have served our country as a part of the U.S. Army team of agencies. And along the way, we have had a lot of fun doing what we do.

Duties

The Media Intern will assist Media Planner/Buyers with the following duties:- Review, approve and enter TV and radio makegoods- Reconcile invoice discrepancies- Prepare traffic instructions- Coordinate and follow up with media reps - Assist with research as neededThe intern will also have an opportunity to learn about other departments within the agency through our Summer Internship Program.
