Solar Royal, LLC. is a 18 month old company that has designed, developed a high-end solar ventilation product which will be shipping May 1st 2012. Developing a better mouse trap product which has traditionally questioned the value proposition but the Solar Royal, LLC product bridges all the past sales hurdles, in it's specific market, utilizing both cost (value proposition), aesthetics and features against competitive products. Duties
Working directly with Roy Stocker in evaluating, putting into place and executing an advertising and public relations plan. Utilizing and evaluating online marketing channels, including social media and other marketing/sales sites. Because we are a startup the intern will learn from thirty years of online business experience and be an integral part in executing the advertising and marketing plan. Our marketing efforts will initially focus on USA but we intend on growing into international markets quickly which also allow us to learn about how the different markets are reached. With the different online tools the intern will learn how to gauge results within a short period of time and utilize all the different online tools.
Skills
Organized and clear communicator. Eager to learn, cheerful and not lazy. Proficient utilizing online tools** and good writing skills. Proficient with the different online social and marketing websites. Spanish speaker (a plus) but not a requirement - (reading & writing spanish even better). Marketing / advertising / public relations, when in person - ability to represent company.** Will be taught the various tools as well as the ability to associate marketing (advertising or public relations) within it's various channels to gauge the value proposition for a company.
