Champ’SõL Management is a full-service brand management agency responsible for elevating the profile of elite entertainers and athletes in the NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball. We specialize in player brand development, career growth and expanding player advertising revenue. We develop brand strategy and growth systems; engage in strategic consulting, including business plan & exposure strategy development. We advise new charitable organizations on formation of nonprofit and sponsorship structures, identify, pitch and secure federal grant opportunities. We utilize our experience in sports marketing and media strategies to align athlete clients with the appropriate organizations and sponsorship opportunities while raising their profile within the various sports marketing industries. Our long standing associations and relationships with corporations are an integral part of our schema for success. Additionally, we secure sponsorship and endorsement deals, charity events, personal appearances, public speaking engagements, and corporate marketing activations.
Internship Duties
Assisting with the procurement of athlete endorsements and appearances to Houston. The intern will assist in garnering awareness of Champ’SõL’s services to the large-size private sector market. The Champ’SõL Marketing Intern will Market our clients identified as targets by our Global/National Accounts division.
Skills Required
Plan, create, manage and coordinate Champ’SõL email creative including, but not limited to, email templates, email content and email graphics.
. Assist with Building, maintaining and updating all Champ'SoL databases. Define, identify and create new segments as needed.
. Develop and execute general database growth campaigns for Champ'SoL.
. Develop and execute Champ'SoL capture campaigns.
. Develop, implement and maintain database hygiene procedures. Including, but not limited to, email, direct mail and phone prospects.
. Provide recommendations for corporate events and promotions based on data analysis. Coordinate and run revenue and performance tracking reports. Assist with database lists for campaigns. Provide and assist Sales and Customer Service with proper tracking mechanisms. Coordinate transition to new CMS for website. Work with other C’SM entities, particularly promoting Professional Athlete events.
