AdWakening DVD Preview

The business of advertising -- what it does and how it makes money -- has clearly changed from what it was. At one time there were no wireless computers and twitter meant something totally different than it does today. The word "digital" had something to do with our fingers -- and was not a way of storing tons of data and images. And while we have all lived with change and handled it pretty well . . . the technological advances, the values and life style of that key 21-34 year old target audience, the involvement we have with social networks and the different ways we use and enjoy media have all contributed to the major changes in advertising.

We asked some of these innovators to bring their perspectives to the University of Texas at Austin -- and they agreed. The AdWakening Conference was held at the AT&T Conference Center on April 24th. It was well attended and several of you -- and many of the attendees -- have asked for copies or a conference summary. Posted here is a preview of the DVD of the Conference . . . and by the end of the month we will have them available. More info will be available on this website. Enjoy the preview.
