CP+B Speaks With Texas Advertising Students

Crispin, Porter and Bogusky (CP+B) partnered with the University of Texas at Austin's Department of Advertising to host a information session as part of their recruitment tour across America.

Del Bracht, an Account-Executive-turned-Human-Resource-Representative from CP+B, brought many insights and brand strategies from deep within CP+B's strategic vault to share with his fellow Longhorns. Mr. Bracht, a 1995 graduate from the UT Department of Advertising, spoke about the difference between being the market leader or the thought leader and how the latter is sometimes a more coveted position. Mr. Bracht inspired many students to take a deeper look at what advertising and marketing communications can do to transform a brand from both strategic and tactical perspectives.

Since winning the Microsoft account earlier this year, CP+B has numerous career openings across all fields and chose the University of Texas as a high priority recruitment destination. Upon arrival in Austin, a resume book of qualified undergraduate and graduate candidates was compiled and submitted to CP+B for future reference.
