ADV 378 Digital Metrics and Online Privacy

Digital Metrics and Online Privacy explores in detail the nature and process of measuring customer and advertising behavior in the digital world. The class will discuss the nature of the Web as a communication medium and the technical aspects of the Web that enable measurement. In addition to important Web measurement terminology and tools, the class will also explore search engine optimization, click fraud and online privacy issues.
