ADV 369 Interactive Campaigns

The Interactive Campaigns course mirrors the Department's traditional Advertising Campaigns course but utilizes an interactive campaign assignment. Volunteer client assigments range from rebuilding an existing web site to the creation of a startup web site.

The focus is on strategic planning and web development spanning the following areas:

  • Business process assessment
  • Information architecure
  • Copywriting and content management
  • Graphic design and navigation scheme
  • Production of prototype pages for the client presentation
  • Recommendations for web site traffic analysis and ROI
  • Client interaction and presentations
  • Web site promotion and public relations
