Currently: Brittany is a technically minded communications leader. Brittany is a Managing Partner at Communications Consultancy Point 600. Her work includes building communications and reputation measurement strategies, analysis and insights, and implementing CommTech tools for CCOs at large organizations. She currently leads communications measurement and analytics for clients including the The Home Depot, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Southwest Airlines, Intel, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and PepsiCo.
Previous Work: Prior to joining Point 600, Brittany led the communications analytics team at consulting agency, ICF Next. She counseled clients from a variety of industries on their communications strategies including BISSELL, McDonald’s, Wells Fargo, Toyota USA, Delta Air Lines, Nokia, Novartis, and DuPont.
Accolades: Brittany was named to the PRWeek Dashboard 25 list in 2023 and 2022, a global list of the top 25 influencers in communications technology. She is an Alumnus of the Arthur Page Society Future Leaders Experience (2018), a program to develop rising communications executives, and the ICF Accelerated Leadership Challenge (2016) a leadership training program to prepare high-potential leaders.
Industry Involvement: Brittany is a member of the IPR Measurement Commission and the International Association of from Measurement and Evaluation of Communication. She is Adjunct Professor teaching communications analytics at The University of Texas at Austin. She has appeared on industry podcasts, including Page Society’s “The New CCO”, mCommunity “The Expert Exchange” and “The Dan Nestle Show”.
Service: Brittany recently concluded her time serving as the Secretary on the Board of Directors of MEASURE, a social justice non-profit that uses data and analytics to advance equity. Brittany was a co-author on the organization’s research paper analyzing city resources during winter storm Uri. She was the Co-chair of Advocacy Committee for the Austin Young Chamber where she developed policy positions focused on young professionals.
Education: She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the Moody College of Communications at the University of Texas at Austin, with additional certifications in Computer Science and Business. As a life-long-learner, Brittany has also earned certificates in data science, web analytics, machine learning, and python.
