Natalie Tindall, Director
Natalie T. J. Tindall, Ph.D., APR is the Director of the Stan Richards School of Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Texas. Her research focuses on diversity in organizations, specifically the public relations function, participatory culture, the situational theory of publics, and intersectionality in strategic communication practices.
Dave Junker, Associate Director
Dave Junker teaches writing courses for public relations majors and special topics courses in communication and culture. He is faculty adviser for UT-Austin's chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America. He is winner of both the 2013 Moody College of Communication Teaching Excellence Award and the 2014 University of Texas System Regents' Outstanding Teaching Award. With a master's degree in Afro-American studies and doctorate in English, Dr. Junker also writes about literature, popular music and public relations writing.
Sean McKeever, Assistant Director of Administration
Sean McKeever provides administrative oversight in the School of Advertising & PR, job duties include financials, contracts, course scheduling, and human resources, while overseeing a staff of 4 hard working administrators. He was born in Philadelphia, PA and attended UMBC with a degree in financial economics. He moved to Texas in 2005 and has been enjoying the weather and golf ever since.
Monica Ortiz, Senior Academic Program Coordinator
Monica Ortiz is the Senior Academic Program Coordinator at the Stan Richards School of Advertising & Public Relations, where she provides support and coordination for graduate programs. With extensive experience in academic advising and a background in the communication field, Monica is dedicated to enhancing the educational journey of MA and PhD students.
Sid Carrizales, Senior Administrative Associate
Sid Carrizales is a native Austinite who provides administrative support to our faculty. She comes to us with an accounting background from both Austin ISD and Del Valle ISD.
Samantha Lloyd, Senior Administrative Associate for Director Support & Faculty Advancement
Samantha Lloyd is the Senior Administrative Associate for Director Support & Faculty Advancement for the Stan Richards School of Advertising & Public Relations. In this role, she acts as the Director’s main assistant and is also the first point of contact for all things related to faculty evaluations including promotion and tenure. Samantha earned her BA in Strategic Communication from Washington State University in 2019.
Jordan Kriseman, Administrative Associate and Internship Coordinator
Originally from St. Petersburg, FL, Jordan received her BA in Art History from the University of Florida before moving to Austin where she received her MA in Art History from UT Austin. She assists Dr. Isabella Cunningham with the Internship Program as well as serves in various administrative capacities such as event and reimbursement processing, copy room management, and website editing.
Rheanne Pecsenye, Program Coordinator of The Lab
Rheanne Pecsenye is from New Lenox, Illinois and is a proud, first-generation college graduate of Michigan State University, James Madison College. In her role as Program Coordinator for The Lab, Rheanne supports students of ADV/PR in their capstone course, coordinates rosters, and assists with client relations.
