Darren Yang is a doctoral student in the Stan Richards School of Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Texas at Austin. His research centers on information behaviors, consumer well-being, health communication, and emerging technologies in marketing communication. He examines how advertising and interactive technologies shape consumer health information-seeking and decision-making processes. In addition, he contributes to science and environmental communication campaigns, developing strategic messaging to promote public understanding and engagement with health and environmental issues. His work has been published in leading academic journals, including Journal of Broadcasting & Electronic Media and Computers in Human Behavior.
