  Dorian Williams II is a fourth-year doctoral student in the School of Advertising and Public Relations. His research focuses on parasocial relationships and fandom, with a focus onidentity, fan hierarchies, and cross-platform consumption in media.Prior to joining the PhD program Dorian worked for several years at ESPN, doing stints inAffiliate Sales and Marketing, and Programming/Acquisitions respectively. His responsibilitiesspanned across several linear and digital television properties, including ESPN, ESPN+, ABC,and the SEC, ACC, and Longhorn Networks.
