I’m a doctoral student at the Stan Richards School of Advertising and Public Relations at The University of Texas at Austin. My research interests lie in examining how digital consumers’ perception and behaviors impact advertising and regulations built around new advertising technologies, but I look for inspirations from outside the field.
Prior to joining the PhD program, I worked as a strategic planner at the largest advertising agency in Korea for 6 years. I’ve worked with Korean and international clients on various projects including Samsung Galaxy, Samsung Mexico, Samsung India, and Epic Games Korea.
Personally, I’m a firm believer that a “healthy dose” of sarcasm is key to the mental health maintenance.
