Jino Chung is a doctoral student at the Stan Richards School of Advertising and Public Relations. Her interests lie in the social psychological factors influencing consumer behavior, particularly focusing on how message components impact consumer behavior in communication and advertising. Her research revolves around consumers’ emotions, such as empathy and disappointment, as well as consumers' cognitive states, including their self-perception and sense of power. Jino’s research interests also include consumer engagement in prosocial behaviors, including environmental concerns and social issues.
