
Yilin Huang is a second-year Ph.D. student at the Stan Richards School of Advertising and Public Relations at UT Austin. Her research focuses on the corporate communication and social impact, with specific interests in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), environmental communication, and pro-social consumer behavior. She also explores internal employee communication and how strategic message framing and persuasive mechanisms shape stakeholder perceptions and behaviors. Through experimental and survey-based research, she aims to contribute to both theoretical development and practical strategies for purpose-driven organizations.
