Shuer Zhuo is a doctoral student in the Stan Richards School of Advertising and Public Relations. Her research interests are driven by her endeavors in multimedia storytelling and her curiosity about how different sensory modalities affect cognition and emotion. Her work aims to explore the intersection of new media affordances and persuasive design and uncover insights on the roles of sensory cues in consumer information processing with downstream effects on brand-related outcomes and consumer well-being.
