We’ve always heard that Austin is the “Live Music Capital of the World” and that was well before the Moody Center even opened. So now with the Moody Center, we become the Live Music Capital of the UNIVERSE, right?
The Moody Center is a multi-purpose arena located on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin, bringing music closer to students than ever before. The arena is meant to replace the Frank Erwin Center and has a capacity of 15,000+ seats.

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, I would like to acknowledge the misrepresentation of Hispanics in advertising and the lack of Hispanic advertising/PR professionals. Hispanics are the youngest major ethnic group in the U.S. However, according to a report by the Association of National Advertisers (2021), Hispanics only make up 9.5 percent of entry-level positions. So, how can we take back our narrative when we still aren’t the ones able to write it?
